  • Members of the i-team, the BPD Recruitment Unit, and Ray Kelly, CEO of No Boundaries Coalition, spoke about police recruitment and hiring on a panel at the National Reverberations Community Design Conference.
  • The BPD is seeing signs of success after implementing new marginal standards for the physical agility test.

  • The i-team hosted a design prototyping workshop at No Boundaries Coalition in Central West Baltimore. Participants developed low fidelity prototypes for the idea to create a community nominations campaign.
  • Director Dan Hymowitz updates City Council on our work at a budget hearing
  • Our ideas are put through rigorous evaluation and prioritization exercises
